We The People IWB vs CrossBreed Rogue: Features and Total Cost
CONCEALED CARRY SOCIETY · BUYING GUIDE
If a concealment claw is a requirement, start your comparison with the CrossBreed Rogue. CrossBreed says its claw is installed. Choose the We The People Kydex IWB if its clip layout and exact firearm fit suit your needs, but price the optional claw before deciding it costs less.1, 2
How we compared: Original comparison checked October 18, 2026; product descriptions, WTP displayed prices and return policies rechecked October 25, 2026. We have not tested these two configurations side by side. This article cannot establish which is more comfortable, conceals better on your body, or lasts longer.
We may earn a commission from purchases through qualifying links, at no additional cost to you.
Start with the firearm: match its exact model and generation, draw hand, optic and any mounted light before comparing accessories or price. Reject an unsupported configuration even if its advertised price is lower.

Compare the products, not just the brands
This guide covers the We The People Kydex IWB and CrossBreed Rogue Holster. It does not compare CrossBreed’s leather-backed SuperTuck or Reckoning, WTP’s Freedom platform, or a Rogue System package. A useful comparison starts with the same firearm, draw hand, and optic or light setup in both selectors.

WTP Glock 19 IWB: the configuration checked

Verified selection: black, right hand; SKU WTP-02_1000-R. Check firearm generation, optic, and light compatibility directly before ordering.
A claw changes the price comparison
Price-date limitation: the WTP $59.99 holster and $18 claw remain displayed on October 25. Rogue’s $56.95 is the completed October 18 configuration recorded below. Its current configurator did not populate during this review, so that price was not reproduced today. The difference below is a dated example, not a current guaranteed saving.
WTP’s Glock 19 page displayed a $59.99 holster and an $18 claw: $77.99 before tax, shipping, or discounts. That is the listed total for the black, right-hand Glock 19 example we checked, not a universal checkout quote.1, 3
Rogue configured price: $56.95. We selected Glock 19, no light/laser, right-hand draw, black Kydex, black hardware, and no optional OWB loops on October 18, 2026. The manufacturer says the claw is installed. This is a completed product-page selection, not a checkout total.2
| Glock 19 example | WTP Kydex IWB | CrossBreed Rogue |
|---|---|---|
| Holster | $59.99 | $56.95 |
| Claw | $18 add-on | Installed; no separate charge |
| Holster + claw | $77.99 | $56.95 |
Rogue is $21.04 less in these claw-equipped examples before tax, shipping, or discounts. Without the optional WTP claw, the listed holster-price difference is $3.04. Different clips, colors, firearm selections, and promotions can change the comparison; these packages do not have identical clip layouts.
Compare like for like: holster + required claw + selected clip or backer + shipping + tax − applicable discount. Add only accessories you actually intend to use.
Do not assume the Rogue includes a magazine carrier
The Rogue description mentions a detachable carrier, but CrossBreed’s Upgrade Kit page explicitly describes adding an optional carrier to an existing Rogue. Treat the holster and the System as different packages and check the order summary.2, 4 We would not buy a larger package simply because it appears in a product photograph.
Confirm firearm, belt and package fit
- Firearm: confirm the exact model, generation and any modification with the maker. Do not substitute a similar-sounding model.
- Optic and light: CrossBreed describes the Rogue as micro-red-dot ready, but confirm your actual optic and light combination; a general label is not universal clearance.
- Belt: the checked WTP listing specifies a 1.5-inch belt. Confirm clip size and belt thickness for the actual configuration from either brand.
- Safety: use a purpose-built holster that securely covers the trigger guard and fits the complete setup. If fit is uncertain, ask the manufacturer or a qualified professional. Do not force a firearm into an unsupported shell or modify it to make it fit.
Manufacturer descriptions establish listed features, not proof of safe fit for every accessory combination. Neither the manufacturer image nor the labeled AI illustration documents a CCS test.
Check the return terms before ordering
CrossBreed publishes a two-week trial for standard products, with shipping costs excluded from refunds and return shipping paid by the customer. Custom Shop prints and other exclusions do not qualify.5
WTP’s help-center policy lists 60 days from delivery for holsters and 30 days for claws. Its separate returns page describes the holster window from the order date. The live product footer links to the help-center policy, but the discrepancy still matters: use the earlier deadline unless WTP confirms otherwise. The holster and claw have different return windows.6, 7
Which should you choose?
- Compare Rogue for the lower listed claw-equipped price in the dated October 18 Glock 19 example. Its installed claw and two-clip layout make it the stronger starting point if those are your requirements.
- Choose WTP if you specifically prefer its single-clip layout and adjustment positions. The claw is optional; confirm the selected clip and belt fit. That layout preference is a reason to consider it, not proof of better comfort.
- Choose neither until exact compatibility is confirmed if your firearm has an optic, light, or other modification. A matching model name alone is not enough.
Shortlist Rogue when an included claw is central to your comparison, then obtain its current configured total. Keep WTP in the comparison if its specific fit and layout suit you. Eliminate either option if the exact firearm configuration is unsupported. Choose on the final package and return terms; specifications alone do not prove a universal comfort winner.

We The People IWB vs. CrossBreed Rogue FAQs
Does the CrossBreed Rogue include a claw?
CrossBreed’s product-page answer says the Rogue comes with its claw installed. Confirm the selected package and any special configuration before ordering.
Is the WTP claw included in the holster price?
The checked Glock 19 IWB listing presents the claw as an optional $18 add-on to the $59.99 holster. Prices may change with configuration, promotions and date.
Does the Rogue holster include a magazine carrier?
Do not assume so from photographs or general description. CrossBreed lists a separate Rogue Upgrade Kit for adding a carrier. Confirm the holster-only or System package in the order summary.
Which holster is more comfortable?
This article does not establish a comfort winner. No side-by-side physical test was performed. Body shape, clothing, belt, exact firearm and clip configuration affect individual experience.
Will an optic or mounted light fit either holster?
Confirm the exact firearm generation, optic clearance and mounted-light combination with the manufacturer. A general family name or micro-red-dot-ready description does not establish every configuration’s fit.
Are the holster and claw return windows the same?
No. WTP’s help center lists 60 days from delivery for holsters and 30 days for claws. Its storefront starts the holster window at order date. CrossBreed’s standard-product trial is two weeks after receipt, with exclusions and shipping costs.
