The P365 series began in 2018 with the original micro-compact model. The lineup now includes different grip sizes, slide lengths, calibers, and factory packages.
The original configuration offered a capacity of 10+1 rounds (12 round magazine available to purchase separately), compared with the 6+1 or 7+1 capacity of similar-sized handguns.
The lineup includes optics-ready configurations, manual-safety options, polymer grip modules, and AXG variants. Features vary by model and production version.

The P365 XL Comp ROSE is a 9mm variant with a 3.1-inch barrel, an integrated slide compensator, and two 12-round magazines in its standard configuration. It combines an XL-style grip with ROSE detailing and a manual safety.

P365-380 ROSE

P365-XL COMP .380
The P365-XL COMP .380 combines a polymer XSERIES grip module with an optic-ready slide and integrated expansion chamber. It is a separate model from the P365 XL Comp ROSE. Magazine capacity and package contents vary by configuration.
P365-FUSE COMP
The FUSE COMP is distinct from the standard FUSE: SIG lists a 3.7-inch barrel and integrated slide expansion chamber, versus the standard FUSE’s 4.3-inch barrel. Factory optic packages also differ. Compare the exact configurations rather than applying the standard FUSE specifications to both.
P365-DH3 AXG and P365-XF DH3
Developed with Daniel Horner, these 9mm variants share DH3 styling and a 3.7-inch barrel. Their principal distinction is the grip module: AXG on the DH3 AXG and polymer on the XF DH3. These are distinct models from the AXG Legion and standard FUSE.
P365-AXG EQUINOX
The AXG Equinox is a 9mm Custom Works variant with an AXG grip module, black G10 panels, a polished Equinox slide, and contrasting controls. It is a distinct model from the AXG Legion.
P365-MACH3D — Coming Soon
As of October 16, 2026, SIG lists the P365-MACH3D as coming soon. It is a distinct announced P365 variant, but that listing should not be interpreted as confirmed retail availability. Check SIG’s current status before purchasing.

The standard P365 XMacro, XMacro Tacops, and XMacro Comp configurations offer 17+1 capacity. The standard XMacro and Tacops use a 3.7-inch barrel without an integrated slide compensator; the XMacro Comp uses a 3.1-inch barrel and an integrated slide compensator. Compare these configurations separately rather than assuming every XMacro model is compensated.
